The MET GmbH is specialised in the simulation-aided prediction of physical and technical product features as well as of technical and economical parameters of manufacturing process, These support a targeted product preparation, the analysis of production cycles and the radical reduction of the development time and costs. The company has specific competences in applying essential, sophisticated simulation methods and tools for CFRP products for the calculation and simulation of the curing process of the components including the determination of related residual stresses and deformations. MET is experienced in autoclave optimization, in design of manufacturing equipment such as the form for the autoclave and RTM process, in the optimization of the heat treatment and the curing process, in quality assurance and simulation aided planning of autoclave investments.
